From reading your other threads on travel insurance / pre existing conditions and your son, I would suggest getting the diagnosis sorted and fully confirmed as there seems to be confusion, then you should be able to sort the insurance situation and be good to go, even if a quick private consulation which would be much cheaper than potentially losing your holiday. Explain to the consultant the situation and need for confirmed diagnosis that ties into the insurers requirements.
Don’t write it off just yet, I had an undiagnosed condition which wasn’t sorted until under a week before travel so I feel your nervousness and reluctance to continue. Once diagnosed insurance is then simple to sort (depending on severity of course).
