Hi Dianne - my bro/sil book via Andy, DFCH, who offers free Sat Nav to his clients, bro asks me to complete OLCI/Skip. Whilst I can't answer your question re Sat Nav, tell them to go HERE and enter first, last name and confirmation number to access OLCI, complete, thereafter do not close the OLCI page but minimise, go HERE for Skip the Counter, the form will be auto-filled, they need only complete their cc details. Note; OLCI provides the bar code required to head to the garage, Skip gives the option to add cc, therefore at the Out Kiosk they'll present their confirmation paperwork and dl(s).
