Glad your sleep pattern is back on track 6.20am is not too bad. Sassy Seahorse looks lovely I'll bear it in mind for our next AMI trip. The biting creatures are pretty savage at AMI I ended up using a repellent with 100% deet -not ideal but it did the job.
