I would contact them to discuss the validity of what you have purchased. Although if the worst comes to the worst, then you can claim the money back through your credit card provider.

I've not bought from them before, I usually buy on the gate with Shareholders Discount, but as that's likely to go I bought from Supertrips when they had a sale on
