I would never give them a gift but I wouldn�t criticise anybody who does as we must all do what we think is right.

I did send an E Mail to Virgin once about an awesome Staff Member who was probably the best and most professional person I have met in over 45 years of flying

Virgin sent me a lovely gift for that E Mail so it shows they care and do read them.
