yeah, its just the ratio of cream to chocolate that changes the consistency... from chocolate truffles at the more solid end, and "cake frosting" being the runnier end of the spectrum

would he even know/care if cream was in the ganache? anyone who didnt know any better would think it's probably just chocolate
