I have found this the quickest method to do an index, using copy and paste and the Insert Link icon.

In the Trip Reports Forum create a new thread.

Please include the month/year of your trip in the title.

Open another window and find the first day of your trip report.

COPY the details that are in the address bar for your trip report but without the http://

Now, go to the new thread you have created and click the Insert Link icon (it is just above the message window) and a popup box will appear.

PASTE the url web address in that you copied from your trip report eg www. the dibb.co.uk

Now click ok.

You will see that some text is now highlighted. You can delete this and alter it to the wording you want eg Day 1

Your link should now work. You can test this by previewing your reply.

You need to follow the same procedure for each trip report you want to put into your index, so you will need to edit the new thread that you have created.
