The cheapest way (depending how many in your party) is to take the BART to Coliseum station and jump on the route 73 terminal bus to the airport then pick up the rental car bus but this will take a lot of time. The easiest way is to take a taxi/uber from the BART station to the rental car center. It's not within walking distance.
