Is it possible to add practical advise about upgrading kid to adult DDP?
Can you pay OOP for few kids meals and keep some of the credits?
Can the child order from kids meal and pay with adult credit?

apart from shows, character meals, buffets - are there any other exclusions where everybody have to use dinning credit?

mine is really fussy, sometimes he would eat adult steak and supper happy to do so, other times refusing to eat anything at all.
