We stayed at an Airbnb called Lagoon Gem which was fantastic. It wasn’t central as such, but the central locations would have been too crowded for me.

It’s right next to the Madonna Dell’Orto vaporetto stop, which is the first stop from the airport. Other than getting the vaporetto from the airport and to Murano & Burano we walked everywhere.
