I think I remember your previous post August wasn't it? Even if they were waiting for bills to come in as some owners do they would have had them by now.

We give that information upfront along with the quote. Our management company email us their report when they do the end of stay clean to confirm everything has checked out. Did they indicate how long you would have to wait before you booked?

If they have posted second class you would expect it by this Tuesday at the latest. Hope you get good news soon
