My understanding is assistance is available (not sure they would get away with it not being) but as fluffychicken said therre is no seperate assistance queue in the immigration hall any more. Contact the airline and they will arrange the assistance for you. Both sides airport wise they will provide you a manual chair if that's easier for you or my understanding is you can use your own up to the gate and then check it in. As I have an eye condition that limits my use of steps etc I only ever use the non-wheelchair assistance which is usually just a guide through the airport and last year I didn't bother using in MCO as I know my way around there without help but I'm sure they still do the wheelchair assistance
