It will definitely be a squeeze. And five adults to one bathroom doesn't sound much fun either.
At a push I'd say ok for just one night , but you know your family best. How does DD and her boyfriend feel about sharing the room with parents and a sibling. Could they not afford their own room , even if it's a budget resort like the All Stars
