DH spent 2hrs on hold to Disney this afternoon. They said our AP cancellation is in process but they are behind with getting these processed. They confirmed ours had been requested to be cancelled and reassured us the refund would be coming our way either to our Fairfx card or by cheque as our card expires end of October. I think the $64 dollars we had might be the refunds they’re currently giving for the platinum plus part for the water parks closure ? See more... |
Thanks for the info, that makes sense. I was just surprised to receive a refund as I was not expecting one.
