I saw a slightly cheaper price with Budget so booked that because if I have to line up at the desk I might as well save some money right? . But then my cashback didn't track so it wasn't any cheaper.

So then I saw a good price with Hertz who I haven't used since the great Chevy Spark debacle in 2011.

I thought I'll book through Hertz Gold and I can go straight to the garage...

I managed to log into my Hertz gold account but it's still in my previous name

Longer story shorter which involves 2 phone calls and 3 emails I got a reply from Hertz but its in German.

Now I'm cross and need an address to complain to if anyone has one?
Can you put the response in Google translate?
