Wow! You must’ve got lucky 😂. I’ve contacted Netflights via Twitter, email, phone & Facebook messenger. Every time they’ve said they are still waiting for Virgin. I requested the refund on 23rd May. They say Virgin are taking up to 120 days but won’t tell me when they actually passes the request onto Virgin 🤷🏼

At least they do actually get back to you. Lastminute.com won’t even acknowledge my New York flights for jan 21 have been cancelled and have closed all communication channels unless travelling in the next few days. Reading online that they are not even passing on full refunds to customers! 😱
