Similar to Muggle we are also waiting on a refund for the bubble seats booked through Virgin holidays.

Submitted bank details for my refund (even though my details havent changed since we book it grr) but the refund amount clearly does not include our bubble seats.

Can anyone advise the best way to get a refund? The reference virgin gave for the flights does not bring them up on the website anymore so I don't know what to do.
