We receive email from virgin atlantic today saying we would get our bubble refund in 1-14 days time and attached a pdf with the details.
This was for a package booked through virgin holidays then upgraded separately, didn't apply for the refund but I did mesage them on twitter few months back and got assured they were all being processed automatically
