On Disney's website it just lists that the refub will be until 'Summer 2017' So will likely be open for your trip.
You can however now also eat QS at the recently opened Geyser Point Pool Bar and Grill which reading some reports on looks really good, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hopefully you will have the choice of 2!
