It turns out if it's a Crown Court sentence (which this was) then a member of the public can ask for a review within 28 days.

So it looks like any of us can request it...

Yep - I read law (civil) many years ago and recall its not difficult to appeal - like I said I think the complainant has that chance (&#129310
