We are staying at POR in a garden view room this August for 3 weeks and the accommodation with free QSDP has cost us £4935 This works out at £235 per night.
I have also added another night (no dining) to my stay 7 months after my original booking and that cost £233 which supports the theory that the dining is in fact free.
