The Rapunzel thing sounds amazing. The new show is fab, and we loved it when they turned O’Gill’s into the Snuggly Duckling, complete with Thugs and the Stabbington Brothers menacing guests (kept in check by the wonderful Tisa).

I can’t see Animator’s Palate being changed to this, and if it was Carioca’s, that would make two ‘princess themed’ restaurants, which might put some people off. So I suspct it is Lumiere’s, which is a pity as BATB is surely more well known and beloved than Tangled, and Lumiere’s has a more adult atmosphere which would be lost.
