You can’t do dummy fast pass bookings or look at the system until you are in your 60 day window. It is saying that you don’t have tickets linked because you don’t have tickets linked that are valid for booking as at today. On your 60 day mark at 12pm, your tickets will be valid for booking FP and everything will fall into place. No action required.
