This is a BA holiday package with car .

Did you just fill in the online form to request a voucher? The one that’s in the book with confidence terms and conditions? Or did you just email them?

Had you already booked something new for Canada?

We’ve got till Friday to cancel our trip and I’ve already got February and summer booked with BA.
