Not taking the car, are Avis clamping down?
Interesting discussion on Flyer talk about a passenger who booked a BA Fly-Drive to Germany and didn't take the car, that Avis have charged him a €50 admin charge for not taking the car.
Is this a change in Avis, takinga harder line, or is this Pax just unlucky I wonder.
