Our DGS plays on his xbox permanently and has come across at least one person who keeps �blocking� our internet with something called Octosniff I am told. The internet stays on as the blue light remains on the router. However, for about five minutes no-one in the house can connect. This highly annoying.

Plusnet have changed our IP address but this person has found us again in double quick time. Yesterday, it happened three times and today it has happened two times so far.

I rang Plusnet again and did not have any confidence in the person I spoke to in their IT department whereas the first time of phoning I was more than happy with advice I received. I will keep on trying though.

However, today I was advised by Plusnet to get a VPN. I can honestly say that, although I have an idea of what this is, I am utterly clueless on anything else. So please could someone help me, please, please, please. How do I do this?
