Update!
DD sent us a screenshot from Aer Lingus today saying her refund (on our card) has been processed and money should be back in c card within 7 days.
Hoo blooming ray! 🙄😁
She filled the online form in at the end of July for mid Aug flights whereas I rang them and got refund within the week. Definitely ring them if they've rescheduled your flight!
