I thought I'd have a trail run go at making some for gifts using a snowflake mould I brought in aldi last week.
I think they turned out pretty good though next time I'll add some more crushed candycanes - I stirred them into the melted white chocolate which give a lovely smooth finish but was a bit hard to judge how much I needed to add
