We also have a DS marrying his US fiancée in New Jersey next month.
I too have been racking my brains for ideas. DS not overly helpful either. Suggestions are proper English style biscuits and UK chocolates.
Still not sure how we will get it there either 
Would be great if anyone has better ideas.
