Do all the above companies let you start a book , work on it during the year then finish it when they have an offer on ?
I have only done the one( in my signature below from west coast USA) - used albelli ( now bonusprint) and was only told afterwards that the above trick was even possible
I found it really enjoyable but it took over life for quite a bit while I was adding in text , choosing different fonts etc
Would be nice to just do one as you go through the year and produce it in say January when the year is over
