Darrin, Thank-you for posting this list. I had no idea how many there were and I look forward to reading some of the ones i've not come across before. It's lovely to hear your side of your wonderful relationship and having had my own brush with cancer last Autumn and doubting whether to still travel on this year trip you have added to my determination to find a way and make the most of life.
