I have coeliac disease, so no gluten.
Basically you can’t have oats, rye, wheat or barley if you can’t have gluten, so be careful if you choose to go for an oat milk as there are only certain ones which are GF in the uk.
Bread is a tricky one, I tend to avoid bread unless it’s toasted, I don’t mind Warbs gluten free tiger loaf though, I think most coeliacs say that is the nicest one. I think with some gluten free products it is a case of trial and error, trying to find what suits your tastes and with some you might have to eat it a few times to get used to it. Also warbs gluten free wraps are quite nice too if you fancy a wrap.
A lot of things contain gluten, I have to check every label, unless it specially says gluten free as even the most random things contain it.
