Having stayed in POFQ for 4 nights followed by 8 nights in the BC, I would be jumping to stay at POFQ.
Worst Disney stay ever. Worst rooms, Worst beds. Worst staff. The only good thing was getting 5 free nights at any Disney hotel in the future, plus a massive partial refund, free taxis during our stay etc to make up for it.
