I would take her to the vet we had a lab which used to get hay fever in the spring it affected his nose, ear, paws and skin he was a rescue but previous owner never had him treated so he was in very sorry state when we got him told over a year for his skin to recover. But the vet will be able to gave you better idea what it is hope her skin is not bother her to much good luck with the vets appointment.
