No! I complained via email and didn't get a response. I had a phone call yesterday from them saying it was a system error and I could still have the hotel if I was willing to pay another £4500 on top of what I'd already paid! I paid £2158 originally. I told them I could book the hotel & flights included with BA for just over £6000 to which they replied 'I can't comment on BA's prices.' When I asked why it had taken them 4 days to discover their error they told me it was due to hurricane Irma.
