While I agree that £2,000 seems pretty reasonable given the number of people that can use it, I also wonder whether, because there are a lot less of them available which means less competition, that has served to keep that price point.
I suppose another way to put it is that 4 bed houses could be cheaper because the competition is far higher. I find it unbelievable that an owner could rent a 4 bed for as little as £450 a week on a sustainable basis, to be honest.
(I'm not a villa owner by the way).
