NCL are currently doing 3rd/4th passenger sail free on a lot of cruises, including school holidays, just pay taxes around £100.
I know the Epic is sailing out of Barcelona around the Med, not sure if they have any other ships in the Med.
We have just booked NCL Escape, ship looks amazing, with lots of water slides, minigolf, tenpin bowling and even a high rope course with zip line.
It's not the Med though, it's the Baltic from Copenhagen, but to give you an idea, 2 adults and 2 teens in an inside cabin would be around £2,300.
