For Christmas 2017 we got tickets considerably cheaper from one of the UK ticket sellers. Probably worth checking if this is still the case.
Edit-
Orlando Attractions has tickets for between £76 and £100. I don't know how that compares with Disney, once tax is added.
Other sites have Halloween tickets, but not Christmas tickets yet.
