Wandered around the gardens – found the memorial to Bugsy, watched the flamingos and penguins – we planned to come back to watch feeding time at 8.30 but TC got engrossed in teaching me the joys of Penny Slots. We never did get to a feeding time!

Bought a ticket for the monorail. The Monorail runs from Sahara at the North of the strip to MGM at the South with stops at Hilton, Convention Centre, Imperial Palace, Flamingo and Paris. Single trips cost $5 – there are a variety of multitickets available – we choose 10 ride tickets for $35 (this has already shown on CC – translated to £19.99).
