We will go but won't go the park or the shopping, do it will be great to just chill, we are going to Majorca this year just my husband and myself and for 1/2 board out if season it is costing £1500 and all we will do is sit on a beach for 10 days. I think you can do Florida on the cheap but obviously not the parks, maybe if people stopped going they would reduce prices.

We don't bother buying clothes and stuff anymore as they are not the bargains they used to be. Last time we came back with very little shopping.
Totally agree but the dollar has put around 20% on the cost of everything.. seeing as at the time before brexit the pound was on a low anyway.

Agree with buying stuff - in lots of cases it costs even more in the USA now.. I miss the £1 = $2.05 days! lol - we lived like kings that year...this year however well will be aiming to cut costs...

I think that this is the current trend as I know 3 people myself personally who are not going to Florida this year...so I am sure it will be a downward trend... So maybe in a year or two it will become cheaper again

I would admit to having got this figure wrong but in the new world order it's just an alternative truth
