Does anyone have a US Ebay account?

Does anyone have a US Ebay account or know of a way to get around the really tight non-US account purchase only rules.

I need to buy a wheelchair charger, that will work in the USA - I have tried to find a suitable dual voltage one in the UK but cant. I have found one on EBay.com but the seller has put all these barriers so that nobody from outside of the USA can purchase from him, even if it is to ship in the USA, I cant even contact him as he doesnt accept messages from non-US customers.

Is there a way around this, I can only see it being possible with a US account. If some kind Dibber out there has an account would you consider doing the deal for me.

We are in Miami next Friday and ideally need it there, at the hotel, waiting for us.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried mockingjay services, we have used them to purchase goods in the USA and then they have delivered to our hotel upon arrival. Obviously there is a charge for the service but has worked fine for us.

No expert in these matters but ILHO suggestion of Amazon sounds the quickest and safest way to get it to a Miami address. Should be waiting for you if you order soon.

bounce - it is cheaper to buy the charger in US - we go enough to make it worth while. It is only $59.
I think I will just go for Amazon - shame my Prime membership doesnt work out of the UK. :-)
Thank you for all your help !
