vitamin supplements

hi anyone recommend a decent multi vitamin to take, I currently take primrose oil, glucosamine sulphate, vitamin b6, vitamin b12, but would like to take less tablets, need vitamins for bones, hair, wrong time of the month, general tiredness problems, was recently put on folic acid by doctor due to blood count, but since stopping it I feel I'm so tired again, had blood tests and doctor said I don't need it anymore so thought I would relook at what vitamins I'm taking to see if that would help, also feel hair needs a boost as feels very thin, have looked up about multivitamins but so much to choose from .

I find immunace very good but I remember being really tired and my iron levels were fine but the area that made iron was very low and I was given iron tablets anyway. Blood tests don't always show everything going on.

I drink a berocca every morning, I have noticed a huge difference since taking them. My husband is not into supplements etc but he drinks one everyday whilst in Florida lol

I take Feroglobin when I feel my iron levels are low, it is very similar to the sadly discontinued Minadex.
