Yea that does sound a bit off!
We didn't touch it at all but we only had one bottle in the room whereas at HRH there was 2. I presume they just thought we'd taken 1 bottle. At least they refunded it without argument.

Ah that's a shame it's happened to you too, I thought we'd just got a dodgy one. I know they aren't expensive and it doesn't really matter but it's a nice extra to have.

We have just bought some of these having used them last time we went. Wondering if we need to clean the bands before applying for the first time - residue left on the band. Might have to find out before we go.

Hmm may be worth messaging them to see. Although a CM went and collected our bands while we were in the queue to check in and we put the stickers on straight away while waiting. So there shouldn't have been any/much dust or anything on them. Plus mine stayed on perfectly

They're a great family

We're loving but hating their vlogs at the moment because it makes us sad that we aren't still at FQ!
