It’s difficult because Turkey has massive AI or very simple BaB not so many mid sized hotels
We have recently looked at Hotels in Olu Deniz as although we went once for the day we’ve never stayed
If budget was no option I would love to stay at The Hillside beach club in Fethiye .
What sort of things do you want to do when you get there ?
Not sure to be honest but would like a boat trip , water sports, don’t think I could lay by beach for 2 weeks

3rd time staying at the Hilton Dalaman in sarigeme and cant recommend it highly enough. Can get boat trips directly from the hotels private beach as well as a full list of water sports. Hotel has an endless list of activities through the day. Day trips out are also very reasonably priced.

Boat trips a readily available in most places .Theres lots of history Tlos is near Fethiye some of the artifacts from there are in the British museum that’s near Fethiye
Also an amphitheater at Patara and Perge and Aspendos near Antalya .For boat trips there’s one over the sunken city at Kekova and Father Christmas tomb at Myra .
We’ve scuba dived and fed turtles blue crab .
There’s something for everyone .
Believe me if they don’t have a trip or activity you want they will know a man that does .
The people can be overwhelming friendly but it’s genuine go with the flow and have a fabulous time .

My youngest only had proper memories of Florida holidays as we started going when he was 5. After three visits we decided to do a cheaper holiday to Portugal (8 days though) and all of mine said it was much better than Florida - so much so they didn’t want to really go back again . As you say the weather will be better and you really don’t have to spend two weeks on the beach . I always research as much as Florida so I know if we want to go out what trips would suit us .
