So I was about to post that I totally agree with you, we do BA and £2k would be a good price, I more often see it at £2.5k so that would be £5k for tickets and hotel which seemed quite reasonable.

However, I just decided to double check that price and I ran it for some random dates in September 2019 (as someone mentioned September) and I could get the flights for £1.5k each! Never seen that before!

In that case, I would double check your costings if that price was via an agent. When are you going? It is pretty hard to comment on people's costings without that information as it varies so much over the year.

Actually still seems expensive, and renting DVC would be cheaper as you can eat for much less than the cost of DDP.

Sorry, £6k for AKL is ridiculous if that's not a club room. Please don't book through a TA if that's what they are charging you.

When are you going? How many of you? I paid £3.5k for 10 nights in Wilderness Lodge for this year, with the same deal you have with the DPP and park tickets etc. I appreciate prices will have gone up for next year, but not by £2.5k surely?

I really don't think it is £6k for AKL. BA club class is not typically £2k it is more like £2.5k (other than for the caveat that I have just seen, for the first time in my life, some cheaper BA flights in September!) but generally this would mean £5k left for AKL of which £800 is tickets. So more like £4.2k, this is not unreasonable.

ETA I am seriously considering booking another trip in September.

The OP said AKL was £3k each on a previous post.

I think they just estimated. They said it was £10k for business class flights, hotels and tickets.

Flights were around £2k pp, but the hotel price is for Savanna Room and includes SUV car rental. We chose this package as wanted to experience 2 weeks on site, with included entry and all meals. I am happy with the deal. If I'd wanted to save money we could have stayed at our beautiful time share and budget meals.

Your Disney Package Includes:
Disney`s Magical Express Airport Transportation (to/from your hotel)
Disney`s 14 Day Ultimate Ticket for the price of the 7 Day ticket
Please note that the above inclusions commence on the check-in date
at your Disney Resort hotel.
Special Offer: Free Disney Dining Plan
Special Offer: Free $100 Disney Dollar Gift Card
Special Offer: Free Memory Maker
Parking is free across the entire resort for on-site Disney guests

And as long as you are happy with it that's all that matters.

I still think the flights are expensive as the most I have ever paid in peak with VA for UC is £1740.

Have a great holiday.

If you’re happy then that’s fine. Personally we always stay onsite for 14-18 nights and I have never paid that and wouldn’t.

Have an amazing holiday! AKL is really lovely, we will be staying there again in future hopefully
