Anyone ever been on the Radio?

I was interviewed on BBC Essex by James Whale. Make sure you write everything you want to say down so you have it in your mind and can refer to it if you get nervous or aren't sure what to say. That's what I did and it really helped, even though I still didn't say everything I wanted to. Plus James Whale was a bit of a *****!

Years ago I went on radio Broadland, now heart radio with a friend. It was when Facebook was quite new and we went on as their Facebook friends, they had someone different every week. I basically bribed myself on and offered them chocolate oatcakes. It wasn’t serious and really good fun. We had a tour of the studio and the presenters were very friendly.
Looking back, I wish I had recorded it.

Quite a few times either in studios, on the phone or via Skype if it’s in the States.
Just be yourself, relax, I always treat it as a conversation with friends over a brew.
