And Then There Were Three... The Big 18/21 23 May 2019

Index is here

Slept better last night. Woke up and looked at my watch - 7.43. Wondered how I didn’t feel my Fitbit alarm go off. Dozed for a few more mins, looked at watch again - 6.58?!? These gummies are messing with me. Still feel really tired and groggy. I’m at the point now where is just like to sleep in my own bed.

Lazy morning today - got to get some packing done. We’ve opened up all the cases on the landing and have started putting stuff in / there are so many awkward shaped items that packing is not going to be easy.

Phoe brought so many clothes with her, insisting on a different outfit each day, that combined with her new shorts and work clothes means she has far too much and has realised that she doesn’t need to bring so much with her when we have access to laundry facilities. I haven’t really mentioned laundry much, unlike previous on-site trips! But we’ve managed to do at least one load each day.

Gave up on packing and sat out by the pool reading a book that I found in the villa. Phoe joined me with a magazine. My eyes kept getting really heavy - I think those gummies have really messed me up. I might not take any tonight. Or maybe take them two hours before bed.

We had eaten an omelette and eggy bread for a late breakfast at 10.30. Was just about to dish it up when the door bell rang - it was the tree people asking me to move my car so they could cut the tree.

Jas came down for some lunch and then changed into her swimmers. Her and Phoe had only been in the pool maybe 5 minutes when jas got hit in the face with the ball (accidentally). She went off and we didn’t see her all afternoon.

At 5.30 Phoe and I nipped to Walmart to pick up something for dinner. Managed to get jas to gone to her door and she requested a mini pizza and a jacket potato with tonnes of butter - she won’t go near a jacket potato at home!

I need these in the uk - the freestyle machines at universal had the caffeine free version. Wish we could get more flavours in the uk and wish they did them
Caffeine free too

Managed to only spend $26 in Walmart, but had to buy a whole bag of potatoes as they didn’t have any loose ones. So we all then had jackets and Phoe and I used up some salad in the fridge. I don’t like it when it gets to those last few days and you feel you need to eat what’s left.

We got some more cherry pies and sat out by the pool and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Finally a rest day! Although phoebe has said at least twice that she feels like she’s wasted a day!

Jas joined us for a few games of Donkey - both girls revert to little kids when playing this and just can’t keep a poker face if they get or get rid of the donkey card!

Early - ish night and Phoe and I watched another episode of my 600lb life, where are they now, now that we’ve figured out how to work the tv!

Last full day tomorrow. It’s gone so quickly

Apologies for such a boring report!

PHOEBE’S VERSION OF EVENTS BELOW:

Day 21 - at last a pool day

I woke up just after half 9, after going to bed gone midnight. I then went to sit out at the pool with mum.

Had a text from dad to say they had arrived home and their flight was 7hrs 40

We had breakfast at around half 10 and sat out for a little while longer. Jasmine then came down and had some lunch and then came into the pool with me. I was laying on flounder reading a magazine when Jasmine got me off it to play hoops. I’d gone first and was awful and then it was her turn. Half way through I went to chuck her the ball and then didn’t and kept teasing her with it. I then did throw it and it accidentally hit her in the face.

She then walked off crying and that was the end of her pool time. She’d locked herself in her bathroom and then her bedroom. I went up to try and speak to her but she wouldn’t listen. I then came back down and sat with mum a bit more and read another magazine.

My hair was so crispy from the lemon juice

We then popped to Walmart at about 5 to get a few bits, and Jas had requested a jacket potato for tea so we picked up some of those. Also picked up more 50c cherry pies and a whole can of squirty cream!

We then came back home and cooked dinner. Jas ate hers inside, and then we’d persuaded to come outside and play cards with us. We’d played 3 games of Donkey. Both Jas and I always give this away as we laugh when we get the Donkey or we give it away!

We then played 2 games of 7’s, Jas won one and so did I.

Jas went to bed and mum and I watched some more my 600lb life!

A couple of photos from yesterday

That last photo Phoebe! 😂😂😂thats so funny!
I enjoyed todays report, I like a rest day, and we also enjoyed our baked potato meals last time we went, was nice to be homely sometimes. Sorry you feeling groggy ann, not sure those gummies are helping you? Shame about the ball in the face incident, poor Jas! Am going to miss your daily report with me morning cuppa, perhaps phoebe can just do a daily life one for me am sure it would be just as hilarious! No mention of Fred today fingers crossed they all gone.

I’m with Phoebe that a rest day feels like a wasted day, but sometimes you really need to just recharge your batteries. It sounds like a lovely relaxing day.
