I can't choose one because it depends on my mood 😁

Smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel, lots of cracked black pepper.

Or cream cheese on baguette with dates and honey drizzled.

Or strong cheddar and red onion on French baguette, with a bag of Tayto cheese n onion 😋

My favourites are:-
1) Chicken & bacon club sandwich with kettle crisps on the side. However I find this difficult to recreate at home as i’m never sure what bread they use in the hotel bar I used to regularly order it in (was absolutely delicious bread - probably made at the hotel).
Sandwiches I make myself for lunches at work are:-
2) Tuna & sweetcorn mayo on wholemeal bread,
3) Roast chicken, mayo & mixed lettuce leaves on wholemeal (using leftover chicken from Sunday dinner).
4) Ham & cream cheese in a mini wrap with sliced cherry tomatoes.
5) Leftover poached salmon & cream cheese in a plain bagel (or wrap).
6) Prawn mayo with lettuce on wholemeal.
As we had roast chicken today, I’ve just made chicken mayo sandwich for work tomorrow.

OK now I really want a sandwich after reading this thread
My fave is brie and cranberry with crispy bacon on a baguette for a treat but for an everyday fairly healthy sandwich tuna mayo with diced cucumbers and peppers on seeded bread.

Hmm, let me think. Today I'd like an Original 1762 from Earl of Sandwich, please. Lovely bread, hot roast beef, sharp cheddar, horseradish - yum!

Failing that, I'll go for a prawn mayo on soft, light brown bread. Or VERY crispy, smoked bacon with brown sauce, on white bread.

Great. Now I'm hungry!

I'll join you for the prawn mayo and the bacon and all of it to be quite honest 😋😄

My favourite sandwiches are quite boring.
I love ham and cheese coleslaw on nice seeded brown bread, but I also love corned beef and tomato sauce on mother’s pride plain bread.
