If you've been un/sucessful, would you mind confirming if you're using a debit / credit card and also which web browser you used. Just trying to figure out why some customers seem to be accepted whilst others don't. Also, any error messages you get so I can feed this back to Budget.

I'm awaiting an update from Budget to see if they can provide any more info.
Andy when I follow that link it takes me to Budget.com page and there is no digital check-in button, but there is their Fastbreak as an option. When I input my Surname then the budget confirmation number from my AutoEuropa confirmation all I get is a blank page with budget logo at top of page.

I’m using Safari and don’t get as far as inputting either a debit or credit card (albeit if I did it would be a credit card).

Can I ask, when you are making bookings with budget is their confirmation no. 8 numbers followed by 2 letters and then 1 number as that’s what I have on the AutoEuropa booking confirmation?

That's the format of the number I used for my BA booking.

IIRC go to budget.com, choose the US option, in the drop down under reservations there is a Digital Check-in option. All it needed was surname and number as described above, then name, address, driving licence and credit card.

Thanks, i actually made it through to the section you note last night. It recognised my reservation, but when I input my driving licence details a window popped up to say that the country noted on my reservation is different to the country I’d input as the issuer of my driving licence. When my reservation comes up, I can see all of the details and I’m wondering if it’s something to do with AutoEurope as the email confirmation and other numbers on the reservation relate to AutoEurope.de I’ve emailed them last night to see if there is anything they can do.

The two letters in my number (8 numbers, 2 letters, 1 number) are GB - might be Great Britain, might be a random co-incidence. Can anyone else volunteer their letters for a comparison?
