Mobile What costs have I forgotten to take into account?

Just trying to get a rough budget together for August 2020. We'll hopefully be staying on-site so after flights, hotel, dining plan, park tickets (& Magic Express transfer) what else do we need to pay for?
I'm thinking;
ESTAs,
Insurance,
Airport hotel (depending on flight time),
Airport parking (if we don't book a hotel with parking included),
Spending money.

We don't need to renew passports and we don't book a lounge at the airport.

What am I forgetting? Thanks.

Depending how far away you are from the airport, petrol. But other than that you have it covered . Happy planning

Are you doing any off site parks, shopping etc for which you need taxis (or a hire car plus resort charge)

Money for tips can really add up, especially if you eat at any signature restaurants.

If you are staying onsite and eating table service, dont forget the tips for all meals - so you need to budget a few hundred $ for tips alone

Thanks. I'd forgotten about tips. We'll be doing the QSDP but will probably try a couple of nicer restaurants too.

I don't think we'll be hiring a car this time but might take of couple of trips off site for shopping. No other parks this time.
Thanks for your input.

We didn’t really budget for tips and it came as a bit of a shock! Souvenirs maybe?

WiFi or seat selection on flight? Ie the bubble on virgin.

Otherwise that’s about it!

A SIM card or add on to use mobile data.

A special event like the fireworks dessert party.

It’s going to be hot, so perhaps factor in that you may need to buy bottled water throughout the day, if you don’t like the ice water they give for free.

New trainers and some US adaptors before you go :-p

Suncream. I’m serious as if you’re counting to the last penny, suncream for a 2 week trip for a family of four is q decent spend. Not compared to the whole trip I grant you but still. Water. We have Chilly’s bottles but in August you need a good plan for water. Uber if going off site and you won’t have a car. Cheap and efficient but not free. Alcohol and tip money for it if you are going to be drinking. Bar prices at Disney will elicit your best swear words 🙄
